Try SOLIDWORKS Inspection at this virtual hands on test drive, on Thursday, June 10th. Attendees will get access to a virtual desktop equipped with SOLIDWORKS Inspection, and expert Tim Spielman will walk the group through a tailored demonstration of key functions and features.

This one-hour instructor-led session will allow you to get hands-on with the standalone version of SolidWorks Inspection. This version DOES NOT require SolidWorks CAD to be installed on the PC. Using OCR (optical character recognition) this version allows you to balloon many commonly used drawing formats - PDFs, DWGs, DXFs, even scanned image files such as JPGs & TIFFs. No experience with 3D CAD is required. Ideal for contract manufacturers & companies receiving drawings from multiple CAD systems. Also, a good fit if the QC department does not have access to CAD licenses.

*Dual monitors are strongly recommended to get the most out of this session. An extra screen will allow users to be fully engaged in the SOLIDWORKS application while getting instruction virtually.
